Billing & security
Pick any add-ons on the pricing page and they're bundled into your subscription at checkout — one invoice, one renewal date. Add or remove them later from Admin → Billing; changes are pro-rated.
One-time only. Setup covers data migration, onboarding, and white-label config. It's invoiced separately from your monthly subscription and never re-billed.
Add-ons cancel together with your plan and stay active through the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again, and there are no separate cancellation fees.

Policy
Simple, written down, and the same for every customer.
Cancel your subscription any time from Admin → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your org keeps full access until then. No cancellation fees, no long-term contracts.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep what you've already paid for.
If something isn't working or you were charged in error, email support@clvr.app within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no friction.
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries automatically for up to 7 days and we'll email you. Your data is never deleted while a payment issue is being resolved.
Export your roster, schedule, documents, and finances any time. Org data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted on request.
